Dynamics 365 now offers some excellent solutions for engagement with external parties, whether they are customers, prospects or partners. Portals, Voice of the Customer and Social Engagement can involve a significant cost to configure and may be too complicated for many organisations. They also do not offer the flexibility of easily integrating with applications used within your business. This session will explore some alternative solutions, for both On Premises and Cloud Deployments, which can quickly be configured. This will include simple Website Forms, Social Media, Extranets, Tablet Apps for Exhibitions and more.

Many organisations have complex document management requirements for Dynamics CRM/365, which the native integration can not fulfill. These sessions will use a mixture of demonstration and case studies to present some potential solutions to common problems. This will include organising documents by clients, using meta data, managing large volumes of documents, email attachments and permissions management. It will explore how these solutions can be delivered using customisation tools, development and third party solutions. Peter Baddeley – Labelling your data in the Cloud
We are increasingly moving more data into cloud services such as Office 365, but how do we classify, find and dispose of the data. In this session we will look at how to configure Labels in Office 365 to classify emails and documents. Then how can these labels be used for discovery and applying appropriate data retention? Also how would an organisation approach deploying labels? Finally we will consider the limitations in the current functionality, and consider what alternative options are available.
