Qaixen is thrilled to be supporting COEL, a Cambridge based design and fit out company, with a new SharePoint migration solution and intranet to improve file sharing security and internal communications.
Established over 30 years ago, COEL provides end-to-end design and fit out service for offices, retail and shop fittings, education environments and more, as well as supplying forward-thinking furniture to create energising, modern, collaborative, and inspiring workspaces.
Qaixen will be supporting COEL migrate from multiple file shares to SharePoint Online. COEL will be able to utilise the integration with Autodesk AutoCAD for Microsoft OneDrive and SharePoint, ideal for businesses focussed on architecture and computer-aided design (CAD) drawings.
With all their SharePoint content stored securely in the Microsoft Cloud, COEL can be confident staff can easily access and share files from any location.
Qaixen has also built a brand-new intranet, so the team can securely access all internal information and communications to increase performance and improve maintainability.
Online training sessions will be delivered to ensure the COEL team is rapidly up and running and confident in using the new SharePoint Online solution.
