A new approach to sharing

Qaixen has been advising COEL how to successfully implement and introduce a new SharePoint solution and intranet to the business.

Established over 30 years ago, this Cambridge-based design and fit out company worked with Qaixen to develop a comprehensive framework in order to migrate from multiple file shares to SharePoint Online.

Qaixen also provided a series of online and in-person training sessions for all staff across the business, covering SharePoint, Microsoft Teams and OneDrive. Delivered over five days, these comprehensive sessions are designed for all skill levels to ensure that everyone becomes confident in using SharePoint as well as the other Microsoft technologies introduced to the business.

Randy Perkins-Smart, Director at Qaixen concludes: “Migrating to SharePoint will help COEL become a more connected and collaborative organisation. The subsequent training sessions have driven user confidence and adoption which will maximise the return on investment for COEL in this new technology.”

Qaixen helps businesses, schools and not for profit organisations adopt innovative cloud strategies, providing independent IT advice and consultancy, as well as training services, to support today’s modern hybrid working environment.
