The landscape maintenance business was looking to update its tender management system.

Working closely with the team, Qaixen has undertaken a comprehensive review of the current tender management solution and prepared a Proof of Concept document to support the successful design and delivery of this new project, based on Microsoft SharePoint.

Explains Randy Perkins-Smart, Director at Qaixen: “The Proof of Concept has tested the viability of building the tender management system in SharePoint and identified any risks that could be encountered along the way. The organisation will be able to use this Proof of Concept as a clear framework for determining the final development process of their tender management system, confident that it will meet all their specific requirements.”
