With their brand-new intranet based on Microsoft SharePoint, Transine Therapeutics can now securely distribute internal comms and updates to drive collaboration in the Microsoft Cloud. This new intranet solution has improved information management and presents a valuable knowledge hub for the leadership team, researchers, lab technicians and admin staff, where they can securely access and share files from any location.
To maximise user adoption, Qaixen also provided all employees with comprehensive training sessions delivered in person over three days. Covering Microsoft Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint, these compelling sessions are designed to boost user confidence, enhance skills, and ensure staff get the most out of these powerful Microsoft 365 applications.
In addition, we delivered some bespoke SharePoint training to a select group of internal specialists who would be responsible for managing the SharePoint intranet moving forward to ensure good information management is maintained. We also made ourselves available to respond to any subsequent queries since the launch of the site.
