Qaixen
Established in 2017, Qaixen is a Digital Workplace Consultancy focused on doing things better.
We work with businesses of all sizes, from the construction industry and education sector, to pharmaceutical companies and not for profit organisations, helping them drive value from their investment in technology.
How we do this
Qaixen provides independent IT advice and consultancy, project implementation as well as training services to help our customers adopt innovative cloud strategies, to support today’s modern hybrid working environment.
We have experience in many Microsoft technologies, including SharePoint, Exchange, Microsoft Teams, Power Apps, Dynamics, and Power BI. Combined with our bespoke training services, delivered either in person or virtually, we are dedicated to driving adoption and increasing your understanding of all the cloud tools.
As an independent consultancy, we also work with a valued network of partners to provide software solutions and services that meet our clients’ needs
Our core values
We aim to disrupt the traditional consultancy model with an approach based on our core values. Qaixen is more than a company name its meaning is based on something much more.
The word Qaixen is our alternative spelling of Kaizen (pronounced /kʌɪˈzɛn/). Kaizen is a Japanese business philosophy of continuous improvement of working practices, personal efficiency, and more. We aim to improve not just our own businesses but others too. Hence our core message is built on the origins of our name – Improve, repeat.
