We are focussed on doing everything we can to support the environment.
The internet costs a lot to power: over 400 terawatt-hours a year. While an individual website’s footprint is small, it all adds up: the internet is responsible for around 3.7% of global greenhouse gas emissions. That’s similar to the amount produced by the global airline industry.
This is why we host our own and our customers websites at 20i and take advantage of their Green Hosting services which are powered by 100% renewable energy. They also use sustainable data centres and a green hosting platform, so we remain confident our websites are stored on servers that avoid contributing to climate change.
We also use public transport wherever possible.
